Unless otherwise stated, ARYANEER and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ARYANEER. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from ARYANEER for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material, including our logo asset logo.png or visual product renders, from our website without prior consent.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license materials or images from ARYANEER.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content or designs from ARYANEER.
  • Redistribute content from ARYANEER, unless content is specifically made for redistribution.

2. Distributor Registration & Partnership Terms

Any application submitted via our Distributor page is considered an expression of interest. Submission does not guarantee placement or allocate territorial rights.

  • All information supplied in the application form must be factual, verifiable, and accurate.
  • ARYANEER reserves the right to reject any application without assigning specific reasons.
  • Formal territorial partnerships are binding only upon the execution of a separate physical Distributor Agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

3. Product Disclaimer & Parameter Edits

The chemical and biological specifications detailed on our Quality page represent our target manufacturing tolerances and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Packaged water products must be stored in cool, dry, and sanitary conditions away from direct sunlight and odor-emitting items to preserve product quality.
  • We are not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper third-party warehousing or transport handling.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ARYANEER, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our products, whether such liability is under contract. ARYANEER, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gurugram, Haryana for the resolution of any disputes.
